AMRAP-6:00
1 Burpee + 2 KBs
2 Burpees + 4 KBs
3 Burpees + 6 KBs ….
On a 6:00 clock perform a burpee and a kettlebell swing, adding 1 burpee and two kettlebell swings each round until the timer is done. SCORE = total burpees!
PART II
4 RFT:
10 Push-ups
15 Sit-ups
20 Jump Squats
SCORE = time
