Yes! Farmville Fit is a family friendly environment, and we encourage you to bring your entire family with you!
Not quite – Farmville Fit does have times for Open Gym (where any member may exercise as they wish, with any program or regimen), but our focus is on group fitness classes such as Yoga, Cross-Training, Barbell, and Dance fitness. Check out our Programs to learn more about what classes are offered!
Classes are slotted for an hour each, but most of the time the workouts take less time than that. This amount of time gives the coach the opportunity to assess and train with each member to ensure safe movements and provide real-time feedback.

Typically, we only require a three month commitment, then you’re automatically transitioned into a monthly membership. We understand life changes, and we don’t want to bind you to a yearly commitment.
Students, first responders, military, and dispatchers have no minimum commitment.
