YOGA

Yoga is suited for all fitness levels from beginner to expert, and we will incorporate a variety of Yoga styles such as Power Vinyasa, Classic Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. In our program you will gain the basic knowledge, foundations, and a challenge for those who are more experienced. Farmville Fit’s Yoga program is a judgement free zone, and there is no strict regiment – just a group of people who seek to find what feels right for their body and mind!
